🪪 ID Required at Pickup / Delivery: Valid Government-issued Photo Identification (ID) of the person receiving the items is REQUIRED at the time of Delivery or Pickup.

📜 Rules & Signature: Please read all rules and regulations before filling out the form. You need to sign the rental agreement at the time of Pickup or Delivery. Thanks!
